Our Family and Friend Caregiver Program is designed to empower and support those who have chosen to take on this important responsibility. We understand that caring for a loved one can be both rewarding and challenging, and we’re here to provide the resources, training, and assistance you need to navigate this journey.

Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – Noon

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

How We Support You

Who Can Participate?

Our program is open to family members and friends who are providing care to individuals who qualify for Medicaid home- and community-based services (HCBS) waivers. This includes those who are elderly, have physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, brain injuries, or other qualifying health conditions.

Joining Our Caregiver Community

  3. Training: Complete any necessary training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to provide safe and effective care.
